The Yi Jing Music Generator Interface

On the left side is the information related to the 2 Yi Jing themes. This example shows the name as EYang5657_226 meaning that it is in the Key of E with Yang meaning it is in 4/4 time (Yin is 3/4 time). The 226 refers to the sequence of the sections, which will be explained below. The number 5657 refers to the 2 Yi Jing themes: # 56 - "New Reality" & # 57 - "Path of Least Resistance".

Each of the 64 themes of the Yi Jing has a different Binary Code.
The code for #56 is 001101. The code for #57 is 011011.

Creating the Prescription

It's your intention that drives the Generator. Basically you can ask any thing you want of the Yi Jing. It is good to establish a goal, therapeutic or otherwise: physical, psychological, spiritual, emotional, professional, relational, etc. And to state the question in positive terms such as "What do I need in order to be happy?" while holding a piece of paper with your goal clearly stated. Review the Kotodama section at MusicApothecary.com to realize the power of the written word and how it can shift energy into coherency.

When you press the "Create Meridian Music Button" with intention the Generator will display all the information relevant to your answer. If so inclined you can dig deeper into the answer by investigating the Yi Jing themes and their moving lines. See the Links section at MusicApothecary.com for some online Yi Jing Commentaries.

Although insights gained by studying the relevant Yi Jing commentaries can be life changing; at the minimum, you need only put on the ear phones and listen to the prescription while holding the paper with your "Happiness" goal stated. Some goals can be achieved in one session while other goals may take additional sessions and/or refinement.

Note: the default is set at 3 repetitions (about 7 minutes) of the Musical Prescription but you can set it anywhere from 1 to 10 times. However it is advisable to do only one session a day since it takes 24 hours for Qi to circulate throughout the energetic system. See the Traditional Chinese Medicine section at MusicApothecary.com for the Horary Cycle.
