Anxiety Management


One way to manage anxiety is through my Prescriptive Music Program, created with both artistic & scientific principles in mind. As stated in another venue the 64 Healing Music Transitions contain "many powerful healing elements from Greece, Baroque, Jazz and Oriental Medicine (that) were fused to achieve maximum effect.”  A simple four day process, a few minutes a day, as outlined in the protocol below could be life changing for individuals suffering with anxiety disorder. 

First go to the Free Open Access Transitions Portal and then on

Day 1: While in a quiet state meditatively question "Which Transition do I need to listen to in order to have 0 Anxiety?" Click Player 2 and the music you need is there waiting for you. Listen with earphones and eyes closed.

You can listen throughout the day, if need be, but don't choose a different Transition. Use Player 1 to fetch the same Transition, since it takes 24 hours for energy to go through the entire energetic system.

Day 2:  While in a quiet state meditatively question "Which Transition do I need to listen to in order to have 0 Potential Anxiety?" Click Player 2 and the music you need is there waiting for you. Listen with earphones and eyes closed.

Day 3: While in a quiet state meditatively question "Which Transition do I need to listen to in order to have 0 Anxiety Disorder?" Click Player 2 and the music you need is there waiting for you. Listen with earphones and eyes closed.

Day 4: While in a quiet state meditatively question "With what New Program should I replace the Anxiety Disorder Program?" Click Player 2 and the music you need is there waiting for you. Listen with earphones and eyes closed.
